Helping people progress is a recurring theme in my life. Whether in my role as a healthcare professional, healthcare teacher, recruiter, HR manager or NLP & Deep Life Coach, my focus is always on personal growth and development.

Personally, I've overcome a wide range of challenges in my life, which has made me stronger and wiser. These life lessons, combined with my professional skills, allow me to live my own life more consciously and better support my clients in achieving their goals, from improved well-being to career-focused goals.

I believe that everyone is born with a purpose and unique talents, desires and motivations to achieve it. The trick is to find this purpose and recognize your unique talents so you can use them to achieve it. My job is to motivate you to open your treasure chest and see what you can use to move forward and what needs to be cleared away because it's holding you back.

When you have a clear vision of what you want to achieve — call it your dream — then every step, every decision you make is correct when it leads you toward your "dream." That's how my husband and I migrated from the Netherlands to Germany and after ten years we moved to Norway, the land of our dreams and now we have become our dream.

My (life) experience and my holistic approach gives clients the confidence that I can make a meaningful contribution as their coach. I focus my online coaching on people who speak Dutch, English, German and Norwegian.
